Excellent shoes, I use them for running on difficult terrain, my foot size is 28. 5 cm I bought size 45 at first they were not tight but tastes vary so I removed the insole and used them for a 10km run in 55 minutes and they stretched and softened then I put the insole back in and problem solved they fit comfortably if I buy another pair in the future I would buy size 45 anyway because with use they stretch about 3 millimeters
