Initiating a Return

Refund Processing

- Funds are returned to your original payment method
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount (unless the return is due to our error)
- Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable

Please note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
